How to Place an Order 


You can currently place an order one of two ways (at this time we do not have our shopping cart up and running, we do appologize for any inconvenience):


1. You can e-mail our sales department at: Sales@KouklasKreations.com 
   
    Please include your name, phone number and items you are requesting. Someone will get back to you 
    shortly (within 24-36 hours) regarding your order and discuss payment with you. At this time, feel free to ask any 
    questions you may have.

2. You can give us a call at: 815-861-3478
 
    Our normal office hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 11:30-1:30 Central Time. These are hours that we spend     
    actually in the office working on paperwork and answering calls. However, feel free to call anytime. This is a
    business use only cell phone. If someone does not answer, please feel free to leave a detailed message including     
    your name, phone number, best time to reach you and what the call regards. Someone will get back to you within 
    24-36 hours.

We do currently accept cash, checks and credit cards through PayPal. Orders are not processed until payment is made. All orders must be paid for in full at time of order placement, unless other arrangements have been made with the company.

Koukla's Kreations is a home based business, mostly internet based at this time. Our office is located at a private residence, not open to the public. Any contact at the home office (other than in the form of mail, or with prior arrangements made with the owner in writing) is considered harassment and trespassing. Those breaking the law will be prosecuted.
